NEW20thNov-2008:  Overwhelming response & Enthusiasm of Members for attending A I C:  GS SNEA & CHQ Treasurer had conveyed a tough decision of strictly limiting the number of delegates for All India Conference as per CHQ Quota paid during the period from Jan-2006 to Nov-2008. Instructions have been given to CS for limiting the size of delegation as per Constitution clauses; the overwhelming and enthusing response of alert and active SNEA MH members is unbelievable, seen never before and deserves to be appreciated. But due to the constraints of Organizing Committee i.e Gujarat SNEA we have to willingly or unwillingly reduce the size of delegates to maintain Discipline, accordingly we hereby on behalf of CHQ appeals all of you to please bear with the situation and comply accordingly, following District Secretaries are hereby advised to reduce their delegation number as given below:

If any of the DS/ Delegate has any doubt/Query he can directly speak with GS/ AGS Com.M.S.Adasul or Com.B.G.Patel of Gujarat Reception committee. Submitting of final list of delegates to Gujarat SNEA and CGMT MH Circle  is lying pending due to above.

NEW19thNov-2008: AGS & CS Visit to MH Circle office: A Report:  Yesterday afternoon AGS(Chq)Com.M.S.Adasul and CS Com.A.R.Manani visited MH Circle office and met with many of senior officers including CGMT MH Circle, GM(HQ),DGM(Vigilance),AGM(Staff) etc. In a Marathon meeting with CGMT MH Circle Shri ChandraPrakashji who had spared about 2 hours from 1730 to 1930 Hrs from his very-very busy schedule and with full clarity and thorough justification explained in detail about many of untold clauses and queries regarding Absorption process, like Pension review etc which may create complications in future, Association blamed Government and IAS cadres for dragging this issue without reaching any where and thus had succeeded practically in dividing the executive community vertically. Association discussed various development issues and leisure approach of some of DGMs/GMs. CGMT responded promptly and during meeting itself took all the concerned senior officers like PGMD, GMD Kalyan, DGM MM, DGM Development  on line and expressed his displeasure over their style of work. Association appreciated the information and Data collected by Hon’ble GM (HQ) and AGM (Staff) before finalizing the promotion orders from JTO to SDE against 25% Quota. Assocaition also pleaded hon’ble CGM for relaxing some of conditions to post maximum number of LDCE passed SDEs in main SSAs like Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Ahmednagar, CGM told that both of the Associations are raising this issue in totally opposite directions as for as posting of LDCE passed SDEs are concerned. He appealed to come unitedly to reduce administrative headache, SNEA MH circle told CGM that coming of both associations together is not possible on this issue. However Assocaition agreed on management decision to operate at least 15% longest stayed transfers in the cadre of SDE and DE as it was done with JTO cadre. Meeting with GM(HQ): Before meeting CGM MH, both AGS Com.M.S.Adasul and CS Com.A.R.Manani met with GM(HQ) Shri G.Jayaraman ji and AGM(Staff) Shri V.S.Bathe ji both of the senior officers were found busy in finalizing the posting of  LDCE passed SDEs, Assocaition put before administration some of suggestions on grounds/criteria to be applied before issuing posting/promotion orders like:

  • All Ladies executives should not be disturbed (Accepted and will be implemented)
  • All those who had completed tenure stay at tenure stations should not be disturbed again; list of such candidates was handed over. ( to be considered upto the maximum extent)

  • Association also requested to post SDEs in same SSA on Spouse working ground, there are only two such cases one is that of Shri P.M.Salve of Nashik and the other one is of Shri V.A.Pimparkar of Ahmednagar. ( matter is still under consideration)
  • LDCE promotion and posting orders will be released by today.
  • Transfer Orders of SDEs on longest stay may come any time in next week.
  • Concern of small SSAs like Parbhani, Beed, Bhandara, Buldhana, Yavatmal having acute shortage in JTO+SDE category has also been taken care of in these postings.

Association expressed satisfaction over pace of posting work and Thanked GM (HQ) Shri G.Jayaraman and AGM (Staff) Shri V.S.Bathe for that.
